Where we ship and shipping cost

Nirast ships worldwide. Orders ship from the United States. U.S. deliveries use USPS, and international deliveries use DHL. Shipping is free worldwide.

Tax is included in the displayed product price. For international orders, import duties and import taxes are also included in that price.

Order processing and delivery time

Order processing takes 4–7 business days. After an order ships, transit takes 5–7 business days for all destinations. Processing time is separate from transit time.

Use the order tracking page to look up shipment progress. If you have a question about processing, tracking, a delayed or missing parcel, or an order that arrives damaged, email support@nirast.co and include your order number. You may include photos if available to help us understand the issue.
