Who operates this store

Penguin Ops LLC operates the Nirast online store. For questions about an order, subscription, or these terms, email support@nirast.co or call +1 843 376 3372.

Products, prices, and checkout

Nirast products are sold by monthly subscription only. Product pages and checkout show the current subscription price in USD before you place an order. Checkout is handled through PlatformDTC.

Nirast ships worldwide. Orders are processed in 4–7 business days, and delivery takes 5–7 business days after shipment for all destinations. Shipping is free, and applicable taxes and import duties are included in the displayed product price. See our Shipping Policy for details.

Subscriptions and cancellation

Your subscription renews monthly until canceled. To request a change or cancellation, email support@nirast.co. A cancellation request must be received at least 24 hours before the next scheduled renewal to stop that charge.

30-Day Money-Back Guarantee and refunds

For each delivered subscription order, refund requests must be submitted within 30 calendar days after confirmed delivery of that order. Product returns are not required and are not accepted. If an original shipping charge was paid, that charge is nonrefundable. Approved refunds go to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. To request a refund, email support@nirast.co.
